How to Overcome Gastritis In Ramadan fasting

For ulcer patients, Ramadhan month is certainly very painful. But know how to cope with heartburn while fasting in Ramadan below:

Activities that improve gas in the stomach also should be avoided include eating sweets and chewing gum especially smoking.

3. After you eat the rice do not forget to drink water from 1.5 to 2 cups. It aims to neutralize stomach acid and secrete excessive urination.

4. At the time of breaking do not immediately eat food large (rice and side dishes). Instead, a great meal is made approximately one hour after the break, so that blood sugar levels and body fluids back to the normal position.

5. Increase the fiber-containing foods at dawn, so running slower gastric emptying.

6. Do not go to sleep after a meal to avoid nausea.

7. Never mind that a lot of stress result.
